This service provides colour and material direction only. It does not include layout planning, detailed documentation, joinery design or full interior development.

New Build Interior Design

A comprehensive interior design service for new builds requiring detailed space planning, layout refinement and fully documented interior selections for their new build.

I provide clear design documentation for your builder or trades to implement, however I do not manage construction or on-site trades.

Interior design projects are tailored based on the size and scope of your build. Most new build interior design projects fall within a $3,500 -$6,000+ investment range.

A 60-minute initial consultation ($199) is required to define scope. This fee is credited toward your total project investment should you proceed with my services.

Consultations are held via Zoom Australia-wide. For projects within the Limestone Coast region, on-site meetings can be arranged where required and are quoted separately within your project proposal.

A dedicated furniture and décor service designed to complete your new build once construction and fixed finishes are finalised.

Available Australia-wide via a virtual styling process. For projects within the Limestone Coast region, on-site styling support can be arranged and costed within your project proposal.

  3. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a styling questionnaire and access to your private client portal

  4. Concepts are developed and presented via the portal
